Sendle: Confirmation and tracking number emailed, with parcels left at designated collection points if missed.
StarTrack: Real-time tracking with electronic proof of delivery in major cities, managed by Australia Post.
TNT Australia: Non-PO Box address required, with orders possibly left without signature unless otherwise requested.

Dispatch & Delivery:

Dispatch times range from 1-2 working days post-payment, without guaranteed delivery on specific dates or times. We maintain open communication for any delivery updates or unforeseen delays.
Undeliverable Postcodes:

We strive for Australia-wide shipping, yet some remote areas may incur additional shipping costs or may not be serviceable. Orders to undeliverable postcodes may be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
Shipping to New Zealand:

Selected items can be shipped to New Zealand, with orders over NZ$1000 subject to Duty tax, processed by the courier.
Liability for Missing or Damaged Packages:

Suppliers are responsible for any missing or damaged packages, in line with our Service Level Agreement.
Incorrect Postage Address:

Orders cannot be altered once placed, but can be cancelled and reordered with the correct address through The TradeHub.
