Warranty and Guarantee

At The Trade Hub, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. All items sold through The Trade Hub are covered by guarantees that comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Every product comes with a 12-month warranty against faults and defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you encounter any issues with your product, please reach out to us via email hello@thetradehub.au, send us Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number;
  • The quantity of each product that is missing, faulty, or damaged; and
  • A clear image or video showing the fault, damage, or missing part of the product.

Please retain all items until your warranty claim has been resolved. We may request an inspection of the item(s) before proceeding with a claim.

Refunds and Replacements

Should a product be found faulty or damaged, or if parts are missing, we will work diligently to rectify the issue by:

  • Sending replacement parts, if applicable;
  • Offering a suitable method of repair;
  • Replacing the product, subject to availability;
  • Offering an alternative product; or
  • Providing a partial or full refund or credit voucher.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. For change of mind returns, we accept requests within 14 days of delivery, except for:

  • Health and safety products;
  • Bulk purchases; or
  • Opened packages.

Please contact us before returning any products for a change of mind. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

For accepted change of mind returns, if a return label is provided:

  • We will refund the item price and shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and shipping fee.

Without a return label:

  • We will refund the item price and shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and shipping fee.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure accurate delivery information at the time of your order. Incorrect or incomplete information leading to returned shipments will incur a Return To Sender fee and re-delivery cost, charged to you.

Delivery Delays

Report any delivery delays to us within 10 working days from the dispatch date. We appreciate your patience with delays due to unforeseen circumstances or ongoing restrictions.
